This is a unique practitioner’s qualification created through a collaboration between the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb) and BAC. It allows you to augment their qualifications whilst building their expertise and skills to position themselves as multidisciplinary consultants in the global service market.
It is a fast-tracked, practical and relevant course that can be pursued concurrently with other courses. Conducted by experienced legal practitioners and industry experts, you will develop a solid grounding in the theoretical and practical aspects of the principles of arbitration, with subsequent emphasis on real-life applications using case studies. Upon completing this course, you with undergraduate qualifications will become a member of the MIArb and given the status of ‘Affiliate’.
